Collaborate with the D21 action team to actively brand the distinct neighborhoods of the district

Inventory vacant commercial property across the district and meet with property owners to understand their planning and goals along with offering resources.
Action Plan#3:
Develop promotional materials highlighting distinct neighborhoods, existing properties, zoning, infrastructure and area demographics with a focus on potential (i.e. telling the story). Concentrate efforts on the following areas: Beechmont Business District, Iroquois Shopping Center, New Cut Road/Taylor Blvd and the Preston Highway Corridor including Lynnview Commercial Center.

Support a comprehensive economic study to determine what types of businesses are needed in the area

Partner with Louisville Forward and area business associations to identify potential investors and opportunities

Secure revenue to support an annual grant opportunity specific for Southend entrepreneurship
